Web Logging

What comes into your mind when you hear the word blog?  Is the word an alien to you that it might not mean good?  What really are blogs?

 Blogs are web logs that are usually being updated on a regular basis.  Blogs may be used to keep you updated on any current events and activities.  The same way that it can be used to convey information.  In some cases blogs may simply be just your own personal diary, etc. 

The act of giving and placing information to web blogs is called Web Blogging.  Examples of such information are the following: 

1.      Daily diaries.  This can be used as method of communicating with friends and co-employees in which you can share your stories, experiences, work techniques, etc, with the use of web blogs.

2.      Political issues.  Blogs can be used as a way of researching information about political events, life of a politician, etc.

3.      Marketing strategies. Blogs are very useful for Business Managers and Marketing Managers in establishing marketing   strategies because it can be used in promoting services and products.
 

Web bloggers are using blogs as the same manner as a forum by entering posts that can be either short or long issues and to convey such information or message to readers.  These can be articles or essays of a particular topic. Web blogs can also serve as information about current news and events and even used by marketers in introducing and adverting a specific product.

Web blogging is very powerful tool because of its content rich.  Compared with an ordinary topic or issue, blogs are much faster when it comes to searching using search engine (Google, MSN, Yahoo).

Blogs came into our generation as another way of communicating any personal, political or business issues.  It sounds a little a creepy but the truth is blogs are trendy.
