A body type that’s apparently getting more and more popular each is the two-seater body shape. Never mind the size zero’s that the adverts and magazines are always showing us which are supposedly setting such a bad example. Somewhere between the twigs and the doughboys there are a few of us left who have a healthy, normal body type, but that number is shrinking every day. No one does anything in moderation including eating; either they eat truckloads or absolutely nothing. Those people who are slightly plump, but are not massively overweight would be classified under normal body type.
I would classify unhealthy as a person who needs two seats on an airplane since they cannot physically squash all of their bulk into a single seat. Now I know airplane seats are on the small side, but I’m talking about people who should be charged for excess baggage they’re so big. You can only get like that through absolute indulgence and zero exercise. The number of people for whom this is a normal lifestyle is increasing all the time to the detriment of society as a whole. So many small things can be done to prevent yourself becoming obese that allowing your body to get into such a state is atrocious. The worst thing is those people who refuse to acknowledge that they are wholly to blame for condition they’re in.
The biggest failing for most people is their inability to accept that they are completely responsible for their own problems. The culture of avoidance seems to be most prevalent among those people who have caused problems for themselves. They prefer to blame someone or something else; or they might actually have to make an effort to change their current behavior. This is apparently something that they have a major aversion to. People who are classified as obese often delude themselves that they’re eating well, which is normally the exact opposite of the truth. The rest of us should be grateful that the garbage is going into their mouths rather than coming out of it. As long as they’re eating they’re happy and any consideration of nutrition is completely ignored.
Those people who are too weak to take responsibility for their own actions, particularly in regard to their ridiculous weight issues, blame the people who provide the food for their problems. This is ridiculous since the food is available to everyone and not everyone has the same weight problems. The abuse of available food is a sign of lack of self control that is frightening for those of us who exercise every day. Addiction to a particular food type is another excuse that is given by people who are too weak to control their eating habits. If an addiction to food or food chemicals has lead to an addiction then you need treatment just as any other person with an addiction needs. Obesity is a sign of extreme weakness and loss of self control in many people, but the only people that can help are themselves. This is highly unlikely to happen given their mental state.
