Stress is named the “Illness of XXI century” and the fight against stress is the main task for doctors of practically all specializations every day.

Experts define external and internal stresses. The external stressful factors can be sun radiation, dirty air, and poor-quality water – everything that surrounds us in a modern world today. The internal stress traps us everywhere - a pressure on work, motional experiences, problems at home, diseases, and illnesses.

According to statistics in the last 10 years the number of people that are in condition of constant stress has been doubled. One of the most common question on interview with an employer is:” How you are handling stress?” Because it is not a surprise that every three of four people that are working in any regular office are stressed.

Based on research of authorized institutions, the human reaction to stress is similar to an airplane that ready for departure. At that moment all the main systems of the body - heart, veins, lungs, immune system, intestines, and brain - experience pressure so to quickly get used to new extreme conditions.

It is correct to say that our problems are in our feelings – how we experience them. And experience them we do differently. We experience them the way that we have been taught from our environment – from parents, friends, teachers, etc. Those feelings sometimes are pleasant to us, sometimes are not, sometimes they cause stress, nervous tics, and other unpleasant things. Feelings are a process in which all parts of body are involved. Feelings are our reaction to the apprehended events. Reaction can be psychological and psychosomatic.

The perception of particular events is your choice. One person won’t pay attention to a not nice event while another person will suffer for a week. By changing perception to this event you are also changing the reaction to it. To change perception sometimes is impossible to do by yourself because the perception also depends on your primary psychological installations. Psychotherapists and psychiatrists can understand the nature of those primary installations on perception of events.

With analytical therapy help we can change the outlook of events in the past that were the triggers of current feelings development. Doctor-psychotherapists can help you with that, and also, try to get enough rest. People get more tired from themselves than from contact with the world around them. They get tired from internal conflicts by playing different dialogues in their head again and again. The ability to have a rest helps in a lot of cases to increase your stress protection. The rested person can handle the tempo of life easier.

Make more proper decisions and have trust and respect from people. For relaxation listen to quiet music for 15-20 minutes every day. Better to do that in laying position, try to rest your muscles. Relaxation training also can be a part of psychotherapy procedure that you need to pass.
