Submitting a website to Excellentguide requires your website to meet our
high quality standards. We want to provide our visitors a quality
experience by showing them that every website they find in our website
directory is likely to be highly credible. Below are sites we will not
Accept. Also we reserve the right to reject any submissions.
- Will Not Accept Sites that include, constitute,
or promote illegal content.
- Will Not Accept Sites that Don't contain contact
methods for visitors such as email address, physical address and
contact forms.
- Will Not Accept Sites that use redirects to
another URL.
- Will Not Accept sites that don't include terms
and condition pages or privacy pages when this is necessary on
ecommerce sites.
- Will Not Accept Sites that are “under
construction.” Please complete your site prior to submission.
- Will Not Accept Sites that are “mirror sites.”
“Mirror sites” contain identical content, but different URL's.
- Will Not Accept Sites that contain mostly
affiliate links. Affiliate links promote or sell products or
services outside of their website.
- Will Not Accept Sites that don't have a
professional website design.
- Will Not Accept non English sites.
If your website can meet these few quality standards, then it has a good
change of getting accepted in our directory. For those website that are
submitted they need to follow our editorial Guidelines as well.
Editorial Guidelines
- Websites titles must include the company name.
- Website Descriptions cannot contain links.
- Website urls must include the top level domain
and not sub pages. Sub pages can be submitted on the 5 free deep
links.
- Website descriptions must be 100 percent unique
which describes the website or service. It needs to be clear,
precise, and error free.

Submitting a website to Excellentguide.com is easy. Submitting websites
to our directory requires a one time processing fee of $49.99. This fee
is to review your website to see if it meets our quality standards for
acceptance. If your site doesn't meet our quality guidelines, your
review processing fee will be fully refunded. click on this link to the

Step 1. Go to your account home page found at
http://www.excellentguide.com/users/member.php.
Step 2. Under add /Renew Subscriptions in the center of the page,
click the dropdown "Select membership type" and then select "express
website review".
Step 3. Now select your payment method to order this website
review. We currently accept only paypal and 2checkout for processing.
Step 4. After you have selected your payment method and product;
Press the submit buttons which takes you to the 3rd party processing
site to make payment.
Step 5. After you have successfully made payment, you can now go
to "submit website" link found here

Step 6. You should have a submissions credit for that review
order. Add your website and follow the guidelines on the submission
page.
Step 7. Our staff receive this order and reviews within 1-2
